Arrival                               
On weekdays the room is available from 1 pm. and from 2 pm. at Saturday, Sunday and holidays

Departure                         
On weekdays the room must be vacated by 09.00 am. on the day of departure and by 10.00 am. at Saturday, Sunday and holidays

Breakfast 
Breakfast is available Monday to Friday at 7.00 am. - 9.00 Saturday, Sunday and holidays at 7.30 am. - 10.00 

Drinking water                 
It´s safe to drink water directly from the tap

Doctor                               
If you need medical assistance, please ask at the reception and we will help you call the doctor, or call the doctor on duty tel. 70 11 07 07 – after 4.00 pm.
Emergency calls – 112, please inform the reception 

First aid                            
Please ask at the reception. You find a defibrillator outside of the main entrance

Is open 7 am.- 9 pm. Please ask at the reception 

Internet                             
There is wifi connection at the premises Wifi: Vingsted Password: Velkommen. At your room please use Wifi: Room - no password needed.

Iron, ironing board and pants press are available at the 2. Floor

Electric charging stand for cars 
Conference guests at VINGSTED hotel & conferencecenter can charge their electric car during their stay at VINGSTED. We offer 8 Clever Chargers, 6 are located near the main entrance and 2 are located outside Sal B. The payment is made between the user and Clever either via chip or an app that can be downloaded. On the side of the charging stand there is a number, this number must be scanned when using the app.
