International conference with DS Staalkonstruktion
DS Staalkonstruktion gathered 171 employees from Denmark and abroad at VINGSTED to strengthen unity across national borders.
Checked in for dinner with a view
The 86 foreign guests arrived the day before via Billund Airport or by bus. They were welcomed with dinner at the Udsigtsrestauranten restaurant before the remaining 85 participants arrived the next morning. The day began with breakfast together and an Olympics for everyone on the lawn.

Olympics, presentations and a host of activities
The day began with breakfast together and an Olympics for everyone on the lawn. After lunch in the tent, professional presentations awaited in the conference room. In the middle of the afternoon, participants could choose between activities such as Adrenaline High, rifle shooting, Escape House or nature walks. Later, everyone gathered again for coffee, cake, beer and water at the festival site, while there was also the opportunity to try the Zipline.
Dinner with party, DJ and dance floor
The evening culminated in a party dinner in VINGSTED’s panoramic restaurant, with a DJ and dance floor – rounded off with a late-night snack and bar atmosphere. The conference ended with a breakfast buffet. Everyone went home with stronger relationships and shared experiences.
