What you need to know about how we process your personal data:

- The purpose of processing your personal data is to provide our goods and services to you or your company, as well as to keep you informed about news, features and product options, cf. Article 5 1b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- The legal basis (authority) for our processing of your personal data is your consent, cf. Article 6 1a of the General Data Protection Regulation, and/or the agreement/contract/order entered into, cf. Article 6 1b of the General Data Protection Regulation, and/or legislation, cf. Article 6 1c of the General Data Protection Regulation. 1b of the General Data Protection Regulation, and/or legislation, cf. Article 6 1c of the General Data Protection Regulation, and/or for the data controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest (unless the interests or 1 c, and/or for the data controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest (unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data take precedence, in particular if the data subject is a child), cf. Article 6 1f of the General Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interests justifying the processing are the marketing of new services/products.
- The category of personal data we store is general (e.g. name, address), special (e.g. national insurance number) or sensitive personal data (e.g. health information).
- We disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors and any partners necessary for the task.
- Some of our data processors may be located outside the EU/EEA, but all with a legal basis for transfer.
- We have received personal data from you and, where applicable, from publicly available sources.
- We store your personal data for as long as it is lawful in relation to the Accounting Act, consent rules, limitation rules and/or other legislation.
- We do not use personal profiling to make automatic decisions that may significantly affect your rights and freedoms. Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us.
- You have the right of access and rectification, i.e. you can request to see your personal data and rectify/update the information at any time.
- You have the right to request deletion, i.e. you can have your personal data deleted unless we deem it necessary to retain it for a longer period for accounting or legal reasons. The data will be deleted at the latest when any property law claims have expired.
- You have the right to restriction of processing, i.e. you can control any restriction of processing.
- You have the right to object, i.e. in certain cases you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to have information transferred (data portability). This means that you can retrieve or have sent to you the information we have about you electronically at any time.
