At VINGSTED, you will meet a very special event team: Søren, Mia, Lasse, Mille and Janni. Four creative minds who design and run activities – and a strong coordinator who keeps track of all the practicalities behind the scenes. You are in experienced hands.
Every year, 20,000 guests choose an activity or team-building event at VINGSTED. This gives the team rare experience – and the ability to tailor experiences, whether you turn up in dress shoes or with mud on your hiking boots. Event and conference coordinators work shoulder to shoulder to ensure that your programme runs smoothly from the first activity to the last dinner.
Søren brings a wealth of experience and a popcorn brain full of ideas to the team. He is excellent at seizing the moment. Søren creates energy and inspiration in events – and seeks new horizons on trips with his family.

Lasse has six years of military service as a corporal behind him. In his spare time, Lasse is active in the scout movement, and he is solution-oriented and one of the driving forces behind the development of new activities.

Yesterday at 1 p.m., we were supposed to hold a Farmer’s Challenge on the meadow for 120 guests from a company, but an hour before, a heavy rain storm rolled in, so we changed plans and instead offered the guests a choice between shooting, Escape House and Formula 1 – activities that take place indoors. Everyone was happy, and the person responsible for booking from the company was relieved.

If you want to round off with a group activity, we have lots of options – both for those with energy to burn and those who are a little tired the day after.

Our coordinators listen to you and capture the mood that you and your colleagues represent. Whether you sit in office chairs or drive John Deere tractors on a daily basis, we will find the right tone.
Together, we create a programme that suits you and strengthens your community. Everyone needs to play – that’s where relationships grow and ideas take flight.
Theme party
We don’t do things by halves. When you hold a theme party here, you can count on everything being thought through – from activities and props to decorations and dinner. For example, we can create an entire Farmerdyst universe, where the dinner itself plays into the theme, so that the experience is consistent from start to finish.
VINGSTED has metres of equipment in stock, and what we don’t have, we can get through our partners. If you want a cowboy party, we’ll provide cacti, hats and revolvers. If it’s Oktoberfest, we’ll find the big beer mugs. It could be après-ski with skis and chair lifts or a brown pub from the 70s. If you’d rather have Barbie and Ken or a Mexican vibe, we’ll figure that out too. With us, only your imagination sets the limits – we love to play along with your ideas.
