If you are ending with a party in the evening, it makes sense to book accommodation. Then everyone can enjoy a good breakfast the next day.
If you want to round off with a group activity, we have lots of options – both for those with energy to burn and those who are a little tired the day after.
Our event instructors can easily liven up the party. They’ve done it before.
Is the event spread over several days?
A long programme deserves a peaceful ending. That’s why it makes sense to stay overnight in one of our 191 rooms. From here, it’s a short walk from the party to your bed.
The next morning, gather around the breakfast buffet, where the atmosphere from the evening can live on a little longer.
If you would like to round off your stay with a group activity, we will find a solution – so that everyone can join in, regardless of whether their legs are fresh or still heavy from yesterday’s dancing.
Enjoy amazing food throughout the day
At VINGSTED, we can provide catering throughout the day. If you start in the morning, you will be served freshly baked bread from our own bakery. You will also find cold cuts and cheeses from local producers. Coffee, tea, water and juice are available in the lounge areas – preferably with a healthy snack on the side. For lunch, a buffet with plenty of choices awaits you, and in the afternoon, the pastry chefs are ready with something sweet to accompany your coffee.
If you end the day with dinner, you will get the best from our kitchen, where 28 chefs and kitchen staff know their stuff.
Need help arranging transport?
Getting to and from VINGSTED should be easy. We are located a short distance from both Vejle and Billund Airport, and we are happy to help arrange transport.
Through our collaboration with Vejle Turisttrafik, we can arrange bus transport for large groups. When the party is over, we will of course also help you book a taxi if you need one.
