Large-scale solutions for trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences

Our two largest halls have a total area of approx. 2,000 m2 and can accommodate up to 900 participants per hall or up to 1,500 people when using both halls. VINGSTED is one of Denmark’s most flexible conference centres and can handle large conferences, corporate events with overnight stays and trade fairs.

Catering for your trade fair

If you would like to sit down and eat, you can choose our delicious lunch buffet. It is also possible to pre-order a 2 or 3-course conference dinner, carefully selected by our talented chefs.

If, on the other hand, you need a quick meal in the hall, we can prepare finger food that can be eaten without a knife and fork – like small pita breads or chicken skewers.

We adjust the food to your programme so that you can keep your energy up throughout the day.

A trade fair day is full of impressions, and many hours in the exhibition hall can take their toll on the mind.

At VINGSTED, you can step straight out into nature, get some fresh air and feel the daylight while your brain takes a break and calms down. Where other exhibition halls are often located in industrial areas without inviting surroundings, the forest and the river are right outside the door at VINGSTED. A stroll along the stream can give you new energy – and perhaps also a good conversation with a potential customer.

If your trade fair requires outdoor exhibition space, we have 15 hectares to choose from.
