Denmark’s largest in-house event team
VINGSTED has four experienced event coordinators. They develop, plan and run everything from small team-building and break activities to large events with several thousand participants and up to 70 instructors/hosts. They manage the proceedings with a steady hand and solve urgent problems before you even notice them.
At VINGSTED, conference and event staff share desks – almost. This means that information and good ideas flow quickly from one to the other, bypassing external agencies and avoiding delays. This gives you a comprehensive plan where conferences, activities, parties and dining run smoothly.
Choose activities from our extensive event catalogue
VINGSTED’s event catalogue includes everything from small activities for two people to large events with 1,000+ participants. Take a seat behind the bar in a Cocktail Workshop, solve mysteries in the Escape House, or take up the challenge in Fangerne på Fortet (Prisoners of the Fort) or Farmerdysten (Farmer’s Challenge). And if you have any special requests, virtually all activities can be tailored to your company.
We devise, adapt and execute with the same dedication – whether you want a quick energy boost in the middle of a meeting day or a whole day where conferences, activities and parties come together in perfect harmony. As event coordinator Lasse says: “At VINGSTED, we can arrange anything – just test us!”
How many participants can join?
We have developed activities for both small and large groups – from two participants in shooting to thousands of colleagues in, for example, the Farmer’s Challenge on the lawn. In fact, we have had up to 6,000 participants at once, and we have approximately 70 event instructors we can draw on.
We can gather you all in the same activity or spread different experiences across VINGSTED’s 15 hectares of outdoor space and 25,587 square metres of indoor space. Whether you are few or many, you are welcome. We will find a solution so that everyone has a good experience and becomes part of the community.
“Fun Fast Money” gave us a fun and energetic day where everyone could participate. The instructors created a fantastic atmosphere, and the game struck a good balance between pace, physical activity and mental challenges. We left in high spirits – and enjoyed finishing with a meal together in Vingsted’s cosy surroundings.

Tailored to your company
Do you have any special requests for a company day, a theme party or a tailor-made activity? At VINGSTED, we can build the day to suit you perfectly. We love to create experiences that are tailored to your specific industry or company.
If you are going out into the forest with GPS to solve tasks, we can tailor the questions to your everyday life. If you want to strengthen teamwork, we design exercises that bring colleagues closer together. And if you dream of a theme party, we will provide a complete concept where every detail counts.
