Breaks and learning go hand in hand

Research indicates that frequent breaks enhance learning, memory, and well-being. This is because breaks allow the brain to process new input so that it is stored more effectively. At the same time, mental fatigue decreases and concentration improves.

Listening intensively and learning new material is cognitively demanding. If you want to get the most out of today’s academic content, you should take several breaks – preferably once an hour for 10 minutes.

Recharge your batteries in beautiful nature

The nature around VINGSTED is like a turbocharger for your mental batteries. Here, your participants have free access to 15 hectares of beautiful nature in Vejle Ådal – right outside the door. Just 5-10 minutes by the stream, on the trails or under the treetops can reset the brain and provide peace, clarity and new energy.

With us, you can enjoy nature in all kinds of weather – and if you’ve forgotten your wellies at home, you can always borrow a pair in the reception.
