VINGSTED is large enough to accommodate most events – with or without overnight stays. With flexible rooms, large auditoriums and professional AV equipment, you can get a setup that suits your event perfectly. VINGSTED has several flexible rooms, and by opening up and combining them, we can easily accommodate up to 1,500 people under one roof.

With 191 rooms, there is plenty of capacity for participants who wish to stay overnight. This saves you from having to arrange accommodation and transport to several hotels.
We offer a delicious breakfast – and if you would like to end your stay with a fun activity before heading home, we have plenty of options – including some at a leisurely pace that are well suited for the day after.
Easy transport and 800 free parking spaces
Getting to and from VINGSTED should be easy. If you are coming with a large group, we are happy to help you arrange transport for courses, trade fairs, conferences and parties. We have a long and solid partnership with Vejle Turist Trafik, with whom we have a special agreement – so let us help you get comfortable and easy transport to VINGSTED from Vejle, Kolding, Billund or wherever you may be coming from.
If you are arriving by car, parking is no problem; at VINGSTED, you will find 800 free parking spaces and 12 electric charging stations.
