VINGSTED has more to offer than most. We see opportunities everywhere and use the entire house to create memorable experiences. You don’t have to participate in a big event to enjoy our facilities – some of them are free and available to all our guests.
15 hectares with lots of opportunities
The hotel and its facilities cover approximately 15 hectares. That is equivalent to more than 21 football pitches. Here you will find beautiful nature, training grounds, a zipline, courtyards, a festival area and much, much more. Inside, VINGSTED has 191 rooms, 18 meeting rooms, 7 conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lounges, gyms, shooting ranges, Formula 1 simulators and an Escape House.

Restaurant
From breakfast to dinner, the restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes made with seasonal ingredients – served in a cosy and informal setting.
Bar
End the day or start the party in the bar – with pool, darts, good drinks and direct access to the terrace.
Rooms
With 191 rooms, it’s easy to gather meeting participants in one place – without spreading them across several hotels.
Venues
VINGSTED has everything from meeting rooms and auditoriums to large halls with room for several thousand people – all with modern AV equipment for professional events.
Games
If you fancy a fun activity, we have pool, billiards, table football and various board games that you can borrow. Ask at reception.
Escape House
You have 60 minutes to solve a mystery and escape – and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way.
Training grounds
Disc golf, petanque or beach volleyball – free of charge. Balls and equipment can be borrowed at reception.

Explore 15 hectares of beautiful nature right outside the door – perfect for walk-and-talks, quiet breaks or team events in the open air.
Shooting range
Try your hand at shooting on professional ranges – either as part of your company day or as a fun break activity.
Outdoor games
Play a game of petanque, king’s game or giant chess with your colleagues – our many outdoor games are freely available to all guests.

Ball courts
Challenge your colleagues from the other department to a game of football on one of VINGSTED’s ball courts. Book football goals in advance and borrow balls at reception.
Walking, running and cycling routes
From VINGSTED, you have direct access to scenic trails and routes. You can borrow walking sticks, bicycles and helmets at reception.
Under the sunshades
A new and atmospheric outdoor area with a rustic lounge and a cosy atmosphere under sun sails and fairy lights.
Container bar
The container bar is part of the new outdoor lounge. Enjoy an ice-cold draught beer with your colleagues in cosy and rustic surroundings – surrounded by beech forest.
The container bar must be booked in advance.
Zipline
On Denmark’s longest double zip line, you can get an adrenaline rush and shared experiences you will never forget.

Indoor training courts
When the programme ends, the game can begin. If the hall is not booked for other activities, you can book a court and unwind with a game of badminton or hockey. Please enquire at reception in good time.
Experiences nearby
Want to get out and explore? Right next to the hotel, you will find Bindeballestien, perfect for a leisurely walk or a refreshing bike ride in Vejle Ådal. And just five minutes away is the Iron Age environment in Vingsted, where you can explore the houses and experience what life was like 2,000 years ago. You can also lace up your running shoes for a 10-kilometre run. The route takes you through the hilly terrain of the forest, across the river valley at the historic Ravning bridge and back towards VINGSTED along the Bindeballesti. If you need help finding your way, we are ready to assist you at the reception.

How to book an activity
Many of our facilities are free to use and ready to go. However, some activities require advance booking.
If you are responsible for booking meetings and would like to arrange an activity for a larger group, please contact your regular contact person at VINGSTED. If you are a guest, you are always welcome at reception. We will be happy to help you.
Under the sunshades – a new outdoor area
The area in front of the Container Bar is a gathering place in itself – a place to sit down, regardless of whether the bar is open or not.
If you would like refreshments, we can arrange everything from cold draught beer to coffee and cake, provided the space is booked in advance.
With rustic wooden furniture, sun shades and fairy lights, the atmosphere is set for relaxed socialising, surrounded by green forests.
Many choose to gather here for a cosy get-together before and after activities on the lawn – or for an informal welcome drink before dinner in the restaurant. Here you can easily supplement with fun activities such as table football, mini golf, ladder golf or nail blocks – or take a ride on the zipline if you book it in advance.
For others, it is here, outside the hotel and conference centre, that the whole day takes place. From April to October, you can book the nearby marquee for dinner, barbecues and theme parties for up to 64 people.
