At VINGSTED, all rooms are equipped with modern AV equipment such as screens, WiFi and standard equipment – and technical support is always close at hand, both before, during and after your meeting, trade fair or conference. And if you need special equipment, we will take care of that too.

For us, technology and peace of mind go hand in hand. When you arrive, you will meet our skilled technician. The technician will give you a thorough briefing so that you can relax before the participants arrive. Throughout the event, your technician will always be close by if the technology malfunctions – and will jump into action immediately.
Do you have any additional requirements for the equipment?
At VINGSTED, we can handle everything from hybrid meetings and large conferences to trade fairs and technical setups for concerts. So if you need more than standard equipment, we can take care of that too. For example, if you need to record meetings for streaming, panel microphones, telecoils or stage technology, we will find a solution.
