About the activity
In three groups, you will visit three activities: building a catapult, fun team tasks and, for example, the Strategy Tree. Along the way, you will form smaller teams so that everyone works together across the board. No one can hide in the corner. The activity is particularly suitable for putting words and actions to values, rules of conduct or guidelines.
The storyline is developed together with you so that it matches exactly what you want to strengthen.
How about making it a themed journey? It could be a trip through your values with boarding passes, travel guides, customs areas, and airport signs. The instructors can even take on the role of guides in full uniform, making the experience both lively and recognisable.
As a finale, the catapults are put to the test. You fire away, test your strategy and feel how courage and cooperation give you that final push.
